  • Can I change my litter subscription?

    Yes! Change your subscription any time at no cost. We'll send you an email before we ship each box, so you can change, skip, cancel, or add litter to your order. Get the right amount of litter right when you want it.
  • How do I cancel my litter subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time by simply logging in to your account and hitting cancel. There are no cancellation fees.
