    We suggest installing the shield as shipped with the flexible privacy flap unattached. This will allow your cat to become familiar with the new opening of their Litter-Robot 4. Once your cat is comfortable entering and exiting Litter-Robot 4, then it is time to install the privacy flap. 

  • Can I still use the Litter-Robot 4 Ramp?

    Yes, the Litter-Robot 4 Ramp and the shield are compatible. This purchase includes a shield hinge that can be used to install the Litter-Robot 4 Ramp. Download the installation guide to see how to install the shield and the ramp.

  • Can I use the Litter-Robot 4 Fence or Litter-Robot 4 Camera Mount?

    No, you will need to remove the fence and camera mount in order to install the shield.
